Synergy Real Estate and Development is a full-service
land development and marketing company specializing in
suburban single-family home sites. However, Synergy Real Estate and Development does significant
business in commercial development as well. With
ten (10) residential development sites in Douglas and Sarpy
Counties, the company develops home sites within all price
ranges and will sell and close 400 home sites this year. Home
site prices will range from the high teens to over $100,000,
depending upon location, size and subdivision amenities.
In addition to its own internal market research,
Synergy Real Estate and Development utilizes national market research firms to perform
professional market assessments and recommend opportunities
and specific product/pricing recommendations for
selected residential and commercial properties.
Synergy Real Estate and Development
has taken great care to hire competent, skilled leaders
within the real estate industry. Utilizing professional
landscape architects and civil engineers provides an
opportunity to plan well-designed communities for future
residents to enjoy. Once again, with thorough market
research, we can adjust our subdivisions to reflect what
the new home buyer is looking for in a home, a neighborhood
and a community. All of our areas have parks or
trails to provide a haven for residents to exercise and
relax.
Another service Synergy Real Estate and Development provides to its valued builder customers
is an advertising program which includes lifestyle-oriented
promotions for the communities we offer. Through
full-color print advertising, internet websites and signage,
we are able to create an image of the community and help
stimulate new home buyers to visit our areas. Consequently,
more buyer awareness and more visitors to our communities
generate more sales activity for our builder customers.
The primary Synergy Real Estate and Development customer is a scattered-home site builder
who builds from 2 to 100 homes per calendar year. Recently,
Synergy Real Estate and Development has nurtured a relationship with HearthStone Homes,
Nebraska’s largest builder. HearthStone Homes
produces homes for middle income home buyers in Douglas
and Sarpy Counties, with home prices ranging from $120,000
to $260,000. Homesite prices will range from the
mid 20's to over $100,000 depending upon location, size
and subdivision amenities.

With over 15 years experience in land development and new construction sales, Jana’s responsibilities include: site acquisition and design, comprehensive market research, builder and consumer lot sales, commercial development and sales, realtor promotions, advertising, homeowner’s association management, lot closing/contract administration, development coordination, production development and strategic planning.
She is a licensed Real Estate Broker with active membership in the Omaha Area Board of Realtors, Metropolitan Omaha Builder Association (MOBA), National Sales and Marketing Council, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Institute of Residential Marketing. Recently, she was awarded the Sales and Marketing Person of the Year Award of 2002 by Metropolitan Omaha Builder Association (MOBA).
Chad LaMontagne,
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Chad brings to Synergy over 10 years experience in real estate development and land management. As VP and Chief Operating Officer his responsibilities include management and oversight of multiple residential and commercial developments, including site planning and acquisition, in-depth financial analysis, sub-contractor relations, subdivision maintenance, and home owner association management. Chad is graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with degrees in Finance and Accounting, he also holds a Nebraska real estate sales license.
